• The request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The product has not been used.
• The product and its original packaging are undamaged and in their original condition.

 

Pickup charges apply to returns and exchanges, and shipping and collection costs reflect the size and weight of the bicycle.

 

Pre-Loved items are non-refundable. If you're not satisfied with a Pre-Loved purchase, a voucher may be offered as a gesture of goodwill. Sale items may also have minor cosmetic imperfections, which are reflected in their pricing.
