1. General Use

The use of Adam Bike bicycles and cycling products should always be conducted with care and responsibility. Riders are expected to follow all applicable road safety laws and regulations.

Cycling involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries or damages. By using our products, the rider assumes full responsibility for safe operation at all times.

2. Customer Responsibility & Liability

Customers are responsible for inspecting their bicycle before each ride and ensuring it is properly maintained. Regular servicing (at least twice a year) is strongly recommended.

The Adam Store Bicycles Trading L.L.C shall not be held responsible for misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, any liability arising from the use of our bicycles or products is strictly limited to AED 1,000,000 (one million UAE dirhams).

The Adam Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income, loss of use, or business interruption.

3. Exchange & Return Policy

You are eligible for an exchange, return or refund under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase
• The product has not been used
• The product and original packaging are undamaged and in original condition

Items listed under the "Pre-Loved" page are not refundable. If the customer is not satisfied, a voucher may be offered as a gesture of goodwill.

Additional Notes:

• Pickup charges apply for returns or exchanges
• Shipping and collection costs reflect the size and weight of bicycles
• Sale items may have minor cosmetic imperfections and are priced accordingly

4. Intellectual Property

All images, content, logos, and designs on www.theadamstore.com are the property of The Adam Store Bicycles Trading L.L.C and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Warranty

The Adam Store provides a warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase on the frame and electrical parts of the bicycle. Spare parts are covered by a warranty of six (6) months.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
